「All is good」

「Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. It would be helpful if the access routes and elevators were made clearer, indicating which one leads where」

「The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. 」

「The hotel is located in a beautiful building. Although the hotel is not modern, I found the incredible decoration of the place to be a highlight of my stay. The room was very large and had a fridge, and it was perfect for a quick visit to Kuwait City. The view from the roof is incredible, and I absolutely loved the Persian decor of the lobby and hallways. Would stay again! 」
