"The pool was empty and the staff said it was full and ok to use which was not the case There were no towels in the room nor any toiletries I had to ask for a towel and they gave me only one but not any toiletries The bathroom had a leaked and the staff were rude with bad attitudes and would rather play on their phones I would not recommend staying but with a little care and some maintenance and some helpful staff there would be a massive improvement "

"Great location, really good breakfast and all the staff is just outstandingly kind and helpful. Those guys deserve a rise in salary. The hotel is opposite the souk and close to the great mosque. Also it's very clean."
