一到飯店，飯店人員就會幫你下行李並送到房間 停車位為專屬格，在check out之前都停同一格 我們這住的是公寓式的，空間非常的大，配備也一應俱全，餐盤、酒杯、洗碗機、咖啡機等都有，非常方便 大浴場小而巧，水質乾淨，跑起來非常舒服

非常漂亮的旅館 Ski in Ski out 相當舒服的環境 又便利 頂級的服務 唯一缺點就是不便宜 但是物有所值

完美的飯店，即使滑雪場還沒開也是令人想待在飯店放鬆一天不想出門，餐具衛浴用品應有盡有，超級推薦！

AYA的地點非常棒，尤其是座落的位置觀賞山景的角度，這個飯店在非雪季的時候來，CP值非常高。 AYA週邊的餐廳飲食費用較高，但AYA設計完善的廚房搭配週邊超市，可以完美解決這個問題。 AYA兩間臥室房型的室內設計規劃非常理想。

Booked a two-bedroom suite but one of the room doesn't have the AC setting, we have to open the door for getting the fresh air. The rest of things are nice.

環境一流！服務態度一般!由於是新落成的酒店，所有設施和裝修還是很新的！前往酒店附近的餐廳也很方便！清潔房間是不包括洗水杯和碗碟的服務,如需要這服務需要另外加收費！

滑雪可以直接滑到门口
整体而言是k不错的，除了洗面台高了十几公分洗脸要垫脚之外，不大习惯淋浴间里面用卷帘，用喷射型的空调出风采暖有点吵……房间走廊有一个观景中庭，白天晚上雪下起来的时候很美！滑雪可以直接滑到酒店，缆车也在附近，非常方便，附近步行就有好几家餐厅及便利店！

Excellent location. Everything is walking distanc.
Stayed 3 nights with my wife and my 6 years old boy during the Easter holiday in a 2 bedroom apartment. My boy was so excited by the place, he never stop running around the apartment. All the staffs were very friendly. The price for the apartment was not cheap, but really worth it. I drove around the whole town, possibly AYA was the best hotel at this moments. Highly recommended.

Wonderful view of Youteizan. Excellent rooms making every family member happy. Kitchen well equipped.Nice coffee machine. Good onsen. Would love to visit again in best snow weather. Highly recommended!

Very conveniently located. You can just walk under 10 minutes to a number of restaurants for dinner Breakfast could be a lot better. It is very average. The room was very sizeable (2br 2ba) and clean. We liked the washer dryer in unit, as well as the fridge . Car service to and from hotel was comfortable and on time. 4 of us sat comfortably in an Alphard- 3 big suitcases 1 snowboard bag.
