Amazing deal - would definitely stay here again

Hotel Bessarion is a local Kutaisi business owned by some hard-working and diligent lovely people. Absolutely amazing quality/price. Pretty central, and everyone spoke good English. They went above the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and we truly did - will come back if in town 100%.

Honestly I don't know where to start. Receptionist guys just do as follows but happens tk be that they asked me on check in to pay the reservation and ask to call support for refund. This is definitely not how a collaboration between a hotel should work like. Best part that after 24h I was asked same request after having sorted it out by explaining that everything was paid. Also conditions of the property are not top, either the cleaning. Often 3 stars are met with lower expectations however not soundproof windows that makes you hear the dogs and cats from outside is not great. Shower is a joke because I'd you shower you can not pee without bring in lake. Honestly for 30dollars I'd consider but would not repeat.
