"The hotel was a separate building with just two apartments. It could be easily accessed by car, so I would recommend it to travellers having cars. The host Bacho and his wife lived nearby and they could open and close the property and also provide any assistance quite fast. "STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."

The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. "Nicely appointed hotel in central Kutaisi. Modest and nice quality breakfast layout, did not feel too busy or touristy. Old style decor but still great condition and adds to charm. Room was alittle small, not much space for luggage to lay out, but works fine and we were only on an overnight. Toiletries supplied, but alittle inadequate."
