「Great spacious villa. It’s wonderful to have two private onsen baths in the room (one indoor and one outdoor). Staff was very courteous, efficient and always ready to assist. I was greeted by a staff member the moment I got out of my car (in the parking lot across the road from the reception area!).」

「The most beautiful and relaxing ryokan. We had a very wonderful experience and stay at this place. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional service provided. They took care of everything from the time we drove into the parking until we left, without needing us to ask or worry. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were immaculately presented and tasty. Everything was well organized and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend this place!」
