Temari Hotel Yukikai
Beautiful split level Japanese machiya property in a fantastic location in the centre of the old town. Amazing attention to detail down to the furniture, crockery and toiletries provided. Really made our visit to Kurashiki something special.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Okayama Ekimae
The room was oddly shaped like a L and the toilet was one step too elevated to be safe. Nighttime toilet visits could get dangerous if you misstep in your sleepiness.
