The apartment itself is nice, but several operational issues made the stay frustrating.
The bathroom had extremely dim lighting and water leaked onto the floor after every shower, creating a safety hazard. I reported this on day one, but it took three days to be moved—only to a room with the same problem.
There was no Wi-Fi for three days. Management cited router issues and initially said they couldn’t help because I booked through Expedia, which is not the guest’s responsibility. I only received minimal assistance ($9.09 ~ Ghc 100 data on third day) only after repeatedly escalating my concerns.
House rules were not clearly disclosed on the booking site. I was told after check-in that I could not use the living area or AC because I booked one room, which should have been clearly stated beforehand.
Additionally, there was often no staff on site. On multiple occasions the gate was locked with no one available, leaving me unable to enter or exit, which felt unsafe. What if there was an emergency and had to run for my life????
Apologies without corrective action are not enough. Overall, the service was disappointing from day one and the property needs to improve significantly to be business-ready.
