スタッフの方々は親切で感じがいい。 部屋はコンパクトながら、必要なものは揃っており、部屋のバスルームは浴槽もあって、綺麗で予想以上に広かった。（大浴場があるので、部屋のバスルームは結局、利用しなかったが） ホテル前の大きな道路を挟んだ向かい側にはイオンタウン（ショッピングモール）があるのも便利。 また利用したい。

朝食付きとあったので、こちらのホテルに決めたのですが、パンが３個(普通の大きさ)だけとは驚きました。 朝から３個もパンは食べれないです。ドリンクのサービスはありましたが、朝食は一日のパワーの源なので、野菜やタンパク質が全く取れない朝食は力が出ません。 朝食付きのお値段のつもりでしたが、2日目は前もってコンビニで野菜とゆで卵を購入したので、割り高に感じました。 大浴場があるとの事で利用しましたが、湯船に垢らしき物が沢山浮いてました。 脱衣場には髪の毛が沢山落ちていて、2日目の夜は湯船の照明が消されていて、汚れをごまかすためのように思えました。 洗い場のゴミも前日のものがそのまま残っていました。湯船の垢も増えていて、脱衣場の髪の毛は更に増えて足の踏み場もないくらいの状態で、掃除がされていない感じがしました。 気持ちが悪くて直ぐに出ました。 新しく出来たホテルで部屋は気持ち良く、広い部屋で良いなぁと思ったのですが、大変残念に思います。

無料の朝食(パン3種)がついていたので全く文句ではないのですが、もう少しだけパンのレパートリーが増えてくれるともっともっと嬉しいな、と感じました。(わがままですみません…) しかし、スタッフの皆様、施設素敵でした！ 今回私たちは車での利用でしたが、西熊本駅も目の前なので車なしでも十分移動できるかと思います。
