"다음에 다시 구마모토에 온다고 해도 고민 없이 이 호텔을 선택할 것 같습니다. 객실이 정말 넓은 편이라 답답함 없이 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. TV에서는 넷플릭스와 유튜브도 시청할 수 있었어요. 무엇보다 객실 청결 상태가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 특히 전기포트는 새 제품인 줄 알았을 정도로 깨끗해서 가장 인상적이었습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃, 객실 정비 시스템도 잘 갖춰져 있어 이용이 매우 편리했고, 호텔 내에는 세탁기, 자판기, 얼음 서비스 등 필요한 시설들이 잘 구비되어 있었습니다. 위치는 정말 최고입니다. 번화가 아케이드 상점가가 바로 옆에 있어 걸어서 1분도 채 걸리지 않습니다. 그렇다고 주변이 시끄럽지도 않아 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 숙소가 너무 만족스러워서 구마모토를 다시 방문하고 싶다는 생각이 들 정도였습니다. 구마모토 여행을 계획하는 한국 분들께는 자신 있게 추천드리고 싶은 호텔입니다."
