The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. 「The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. The downside : the dining table top was simply a pc of wood flame and the dining chairs were stained with ?? coffee probably」

「1. Internet stopped working for half a day on Saturday evening, sent an email got no response except an automated emailer reminding of check out next day by 11:00 AM. 2. The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping.」

「Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax. 」

「Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. 」

「Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, the floor in the room felt a bit sticky and could be cleaner. It would also be great if Netflix was available on the TV for guests. Providing complimentary drinking water in the room would further improve the experience. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.」
