"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason.
I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in.
This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to.

"Cancelled my reservation last minute even though the payment was made and the money were taken out of my bank account
I stayed in the streets with my two kids at 1:00 am midnight and we had no where to go
Luckily expedia contacted with and managed to get me my money
So over all it was terrible 👎"
