The F/O on duty saw when I approached the entrance door but no hospitality offer by open the door as he saw my hand full of luggage. Perhaps the spirit of hospitality is gone since covid 19?

Everything is good and recommended. Housekeeping give a good response when we asked for Sejadah. They have a beauiful lobby and looks like a 3-5 Star Lobby. All Staff is very friendly.
