Staff are friendly and helpful. Our package included a free rub massage however we have been told that the outsourced service supplier was close during our stay, hence we couldn't redeem the free massage. Hotel staff reacted quickly and help arranged the massage in our room. We highly appreciate it. Breakfast is fine, not many choices but taste good. Location is awesome, in between Dang Wangi and Medan Tuanku station, you can easily take the ride. The vibes nearby hotel are so good, some bars with live band and popular eateries.

We stayed 5 nights, but room cleaning was not arranged some days due to misunderstanding. No brush tooths were provided till we asked for. Many necessaries things are missing and you need to ask the reception to arrange everyday and it looks annoyance. Not convenience hotel and you could find better in KL. Will not stay anymore.

Location and room are both amazing. Staff are very friendly to help as well. The only advice I'll give is maybe to expand the breakfast options as they seem quite limited for a 4-star hotel.

清潔差, 地點附近路面不平

沒有人清潔房間, 通知了服務台然後外出, 回到酒店時仍然沒有執拾床舖. 因為太夜, 所以作罷. 另外房間內的雪柜完全不冷, 叫了人來, 他們拿另一昨間房的雪柜來我的房間更換, 但一樣是完全不冷的. 泳池又細又長, 但竟然在一邊放下一個長表演台, 游泳時很易踢到圍柱,十分危險.

工作人員晚上10點在隔壁敲打修理，噪音很大，跟櫃檯人員說了之後有改善，除此之外都很不錯，希望健身設備盡快建置完畢，設施稍嫌不足

吉隆坡新飯店

原訂大床房，結果給了二單人床，景觀很美，但不習慣睡小床，所以跟櫃台反應，等了很久，但還是沒辦法換房(似乎客滿)，因為很餓，所以不想浪費時間，所以隔天再換房，隔天整理好行李，也有跟櫃台說，櫃台也說會幫忙移行李到大床房，晚上回飯店時，又等了一個小時，才換到大床房，景觀不美都被招牌遮住，而行李也沒有在大床房，打給櫃台，櫃台說要自己移行李到大床房，房卡在中午出門就給櫃台了，怎麼移，跟他們說，他們就說好吧，他們會移，又等了半個小時，沒行李來，沒行李就沒辦法洗澡，就去櫃台，弄了二個小時，才終於可以休息--這是一間新的飯店，設施很不錯，有咖啡機有特別的茶具，建議可以不要訂有早餐的，飯店是四星的，但早餐不像四星的(很簡單)，在附近吃都很不錯，希望服務人員加油!!!

Nice New Hotel, rooms to improve

The hotel is quite new, and it's not yet fully open. The price is reasonable. The room is spacious, the decoration and interior were nice and cozy. Most of the hotel staffs were polite and ready to serve. The balcony at the room was perfect, the view was super. Wifi was not bad. The ceiling was also high. It's not too far from the city center. The entrance and the nearby streets of this hotel was not impressive, except the staff at concierge was ready to serve. However, the followings stop myself to give full marks. The swimming pool was not ready, a lot of cigarette butts were found at the shower chamber nearby the swimming pool. I believe it's caused by the rehearsal of the hotel open ceremony, the due to the rehearsal, it did make a big impact on the lift service and room service. Some of the guests had told the hotel staffs about the bad arrangement on this on the spot, and I believe the hotel management team will look into it carefully to make sure it won't impact to the guests too much on the day of the grand ceremony. In addition, the breakfast was ok, but it's easy to see flying insects around the salad bar area, hope the hotel staffs would also address this issue carefully. Besides, there was no fridge at the room, and it would cause a bit inconvenience to the guest who wants to stay for longer.

Très bon hotel, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Chambres très confortables, avec une superbe vue. La terrasse sur le toit et la piscine sont magnifiques. PDJ et repas inclus très appréciables. Hotel plutôt bien situé dans la ville. A recommander.

Hotel Red is near to all touristic places like Twin towers, KL tower, China Market and Abdul Samad Building. Hotel reception staff was very helpful. I requested for late check-out and they allowed till 1pm. Room was clean and comfortable. Weighing machine was also provided in room and I found it very thoughtful as it helps to weigh check in luggage. Breakfast was included in price and it's on 25th floor. I would suggest to go there by 6.45 to 7am to get awesome view of KL tower as it is all lit up. Talking about food, there is enough variety to enjoy your time. I tried salad, hash browns,fish, omelette, toast with jam, crossiants and red Velvet muffins and I found everything delicious. For coffee, taste was different than the one we get in Canada but still enjoyable.

I've stayed at this hotel maybe 6 times over the last 2.5 years and while the concept and amenities are cool, the hotel fails to deliver. I don't blame the staff - who seem to try hard to fix problems - I blame the general management, who are simply allowing the hotel to slowly decline. Infrastructure issues every time I stay; this time the wifi, which is critical to my work. The staff simply ran out of spare routers and network resets after 10 hours of trying. Best they could get in my room was 6Mb/s instead of the usual 20-25Mb/s. I had to leave the hotel and was promised a refund for the balance of my stay (which has not yet appeared). Last time it was the TV. At one point there were 5 staff in my room trying to fix it - to no avail. The rooms are getting progressively dirtier with every visit because they're only getting a basic cleaning every day. It's a shame - I love the rooms and the pool, but in the short time they've been open, they simply haven't been able to get their heads around the technology they've put in place, and the general management have allowed the property to deteriorate.

Had a great stay at Red by Sirocco, the room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The bathroom was very nice also. The location of this hotel is quite close to Dang Wangi station (about a 5 minute walk), though we found ourselves taking a Grab more often than not. There were a nice street of great dining options leading to a big mall (opposite the Sheraton) less than 5 minutes on foot. Being 2 female travellers we didn't feel entirely comfortable going about the alleyways around this property at night. We made sure to stick to main roads and to take grabs if we were coming back later in the night. The breakfast buffet was quite good, inclusive of an omelette bar, a nasi lemak station, other hot foods (that weren't actually kept hot...), breads and pastries, and fresh fruits and vegetables. On the rooftop level overlooking the infinity pool, we always started off our day well. The infinity pool itself was the perfect temperature for hot KL afternoons, and it's usually not crowded which is good since the pool itself is not huge. Overall, a very nice stay with Red by Sirocco.
