The apartment was as advertised, we loved the amenities, pools, gym and pool tables. The apartment and building in general were in near new condition. We felt safe walking to and from local malls and restaurants. BIJOY communication was great, we asked for a late check in and it was no problem. When our departure flight was delayed we asked if he could store our bags for 4hrs so we could head out into KLCC instead of arriving at the airport too early, this was also no a problem:-) we would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Great trip to Kuala Lumpur

Beautiful property. Great space very close to site seeing and great for those who love to shop. Lots of amenities nice big gym, several pools the ones on roof levels had great views of the city and iconic buildings.

Great stay. Apartment block is very good and very good location. For anyone travelling that is sporty there is a great gym and a 40m(ish) swimming pool. Will definitely come back if we are in KL again.

Checking was different. Not conventional lobby. Hotel appeared new and very clean. Pool on top floor had a good view including the Petronas Twin Tower. For heated shower look for button outside of bathroom

We were given a apartment on the 49th floor and the views were simply amazing. We did not have a view of the Petronas Towers but the view from the rooftop pool is spectacular so we had the best of both worlds. We would liked to have stayed a few more days as we did not use the gym or the swimming pool but would definitely come back again. The room was spacious with cooking and cleaning facilities.

The host provided excellent service. He responded quickly to my few request. The building has high quality amenities such as swimming pools, gym, restaurants, etc. The unit was nice. Though, I was expecting fitted sheets on the bed. There was just a single flat sheet. Thus, it continued to get untucked. Overall, it is a nice stay with an excellent host.

The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone.

El alojamiento es perfecto con vistas a las petronas tanto desde la habitación como desde la piscina, muy amplio, muy limpio y con lavadora y detergente para poder limpiar ropa. El único pero que le pondría es el desayuno buffet que ofrecen que cuesta 9 euros por persona y no puede ser más escaso.

室内スリッパは使用済みで汚れていた。 ベッドには糸ようじが挟まっていて不潔。 リビングの端には埃。 エアコンの下に服を置いていたらエアコンから水が落ちてきて服が濡れた。 不潔すぎて10日の滞在予定だったが他のホテルを取り直して滞在しなかった。 0泊だったが返金はありませんでした。

部屋は清潔で洗練され、とても居心地が良いものでした。しかも、49階でしたので眺めもよく、屋上のプールからはツインタワーも見えてゴージャスな気分になりました。セキュリティーもしっかりしているので安心して過ごすことができました。 ホストはとても親切で、私たちがGrabとの対応で困っているとすぐに声をかけてくれて解決してくれました。大変助かりました。感謝しています。そして施設ですれ違えば、いつも優しく微笑みかけてくれました。 家族で年越しの宿泊をしたのですが、大変思い出深いものになりました。本当にありがとうございました。また、泊まらせていただきたいと思います。
