Worst hotel experience I've had. Staff were rude, dismissive and unwilling to help. Despite arriving with my wife, infant and luggage, they showed no empathy and repeatedly told us to contact Expedia. Customer service was non-existent and they appeared more concerned about money than their guests. Avoid if you value customer service
