不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質和住宿環境和硬體
While everthing was great when I was checked in, the other staffs in the morning was sucks
To store your luggage when you checked in out you will be charged $5 RM dollar which is not making any sense ….
I was transferring here for just a few hours to stop so I decided to only use credit card or Apple Pay to pay easier .
I asked the staffs that I can only pay by credit card as I paid the same deposit in exactly here at the lobby but she doesn’t understand what I meant and still helped to take my luggage kept. So I supposed she understood as I explained that I can only pay by card and she said I can pay when I were back.
When I got back here to take my luggage - a guy ( he said he is the manager here) said I must pay by cash and I explained again that I was just transferring here without any Malaysia dollar but US dollar and credit card . He said NO and also said why you don’t exchange money -That’s my business actually not his business …… also i explained that I can pay by cash in US dollar which is the only I have . Then I give him $10 UD dollar and he just took it without any changes . I would not recommend to any tourists or people who transfer here. I paid $ 10 dollars to just keep my luggage for a hour and that service is not included to the rate of my room.
