非常非常不乾淨，游泳池也不乾淨 好像長期沒有換水 沒有牙刷牙膏，晚上樓下只有一間便利店，晚上酒店門口很多流浪漢，感覺很危險！不建議訂這個酒店。no good！

有健身室同泳池'但空間感有代改進,服務職員可以解答有問必答'地點方便,就近有歺廳,房間清潔尚可以,為ㄧ問題房間没有拖鞋同诜手間没有绵花棍,電視機频道只得ㄧ個中文频道電視台,服務上尚可以

Good experince
The staff is really nice.The location is really good. You can go to the Central Market on walk, just a few minutes. The room is quite big and clean.

火警钟连续三晚誤嗚
住了三晚,每天早上六时左右火警钟都会誤鳴,嚇半死,打去前台投訴也没改善,万一真有火警不是狼來了么？

整間酒店最好就是有泳池 開放7am-9pm 可能馬來西亞的人都早睡 夜景要11點才好看嘛 不過吉隆坡有點悶 又太熱 待在酒店游水最好 客人唔多 泳池會有3-4個人 不大的泳池 房間燈光暗 地毯骯髒 房間被子有些少潮濕 洗澡水忽冷忽熱 空調被設定為25度 是有點熱

中心点方便近各景点 近免费車站 小吃方便，有好多印度嘢食 旁邊在Central market買手信 可惜夜晚市場收10点 酒店入房有噏味，地毡不乾淨。

就近唐人街
對酒店職員的處理方式 感到非常極度不滿及失望 與朋友一起入住 預訂了5天 我與朋友先住2日 其後 我先行離開 留下朋友一人繼續入住 第3天 朋友因下大雨關係 電話開不了機 所以未能與我聯絡將近24小時 本人極為擔心 所以曾三番四次 使用電話致電到酒店留下訊息 希望朋友能盡早與我聯繫 但酒店職員依舊說朋友不在 未能將通話駁至房間 我請職員留下便條到房間 望朋友能報平安 職員亦答應我的請求 直到24小時後(下午6時左右） 終於收到朋友聯繫 其後 詢問朋友 是否已收捨行李離去 朋友說行李仍在房間 並沒離去 (於早上十一點左右 再三致電酒店查詢友人消息 職員報稱 住客於早上9-10點已收捨行李離去) 首先 對於職員的處理方式極為不滿 二來對職員的專業操守極度懷疑 本人電話查詢時 能提供住客房號 名稱 並不是胡亂查問 亦坦承對職員表示與朋友失去聯絡久候 感到非常擔心 我明白 職員有責任保護住客私隱 你可以不提供住客出入記錄 但查詢者要求留下訊息 職員亦有責任將訊息順利傳遞給住客 不過職員並沒有如此專業 只是得過且過 另外 住客朋友亦曾再三提點職員 如收到本人來電 麻煩轉達給予朋友 不用擔心 只是電話故障 並無生命危險 平安無事 但酒店職員仍是“耳邊風” 沒有向本人傳遞 本人為此 感到極為失望 漠視住客要求 不建議大家入住此水平的酒店 就算設施齊備 地點方便 裝修整潔 但連住客的拜託亦不能妥善處理 簡直猶如垃圾

中間價格的住宿，房間的狀況普通，以快捷的飯店來講只能勉強及格，游泳池不算特別大但還在可以接受的範圍內，但交通很方便，到達一些特定的景點很快。

如想租減價房, 免了.
一入房成陣煙味, 茶杯有漬, 枕頭有口水漬, 泳池水非常混濁, 白白帶齊泳衣無用武之地.

地理位置非常好，但建議深夜避免外出。清潔差，但價錢相宜出入方便，人員友善。 就在中央巿場後方，美食都在附近。地點非常好。

位置優越 性價比高
酒店地理位置優越，近地鐵、中央市場、唐人街。入住時要付50馬幣作按金，可以用信用卡支付，退房退回。房間雖然無景觀及無窗，但空調良好，房間並不潮濕及無異味。天台泳池細小，水質不佳，亦無毛巾及沙灘長椅供應。

酒店地理位置佳 臨近 唐人街 跟中央市場 附近小食很多 唯一缺點 浴室的排水系統不佳

Totally, I stayed at Pacific Express Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights during from Sep.25 ~ Oct. 03 when I was at KL. First, it has a convenient location for you to take any transportation to anywhere, this is the best selling points to me. Second, nearby the main historically building, if you are the fans and likes to see those scenery it is the best choice and cheap expense. But, on the other hand, so many of the poor guys & mixable central market are my terrible memories. For hotel part. my original booking room is too bad. small & dark without any window though it is the cheapest room and had the reservation before by myself. I want to said is the real room status are totally different to the pictures in website. I paid RM 25 per day to upgrade my room and solved my programs. besides, the room lighter and electric system are not all well support. Overall, I will not want to stay there on next time and no recommend to my friends too.

Good value and location
Hotel is close to Chinatown and Pasar Seni station, many types of food shop around the hotel. Bed is comfort but nosy from the other rooms. Toproof swimming pool is good view but the pool water is not clean.

Great location! Clean and nice hotel!
We had a double room for straight two nights! We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was nice and clean. The location of the hotel is great, which is close to Central Market and Independence Square. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool on the top floor!

好飯店，C/P值高、位置優異
客房清潔度優，但早上十點左右就會來整理。 若是睡晚一點的，可能要到下午四點以後才會來。 飯店位置離茨廠街很近，最近的車站為 Masjid Jamek。 附近銀行不少，吃的選擇很多樣。 Central Market 就在後方，有的吃有的逛，可以吃到當地的特殊小吃。

非常不錯的住宿體驗
房間雖然不大（因為價位的關係吧），卻非常舒適與乾淨。友善的員工，設計感的房間，床褥也是品質很好的。靠近茨廠街，好多美食都在那裡。夜景漂亮，頂樓還有一個小型游泳池。唯一美中不足的是，停車位太少了。

Excellent location!
Newly renovated hotel. Just 1-2 mins walk to LRT station, bank, central market and China Town! Cleanliness was satisfactory. Bed is comfortable. The only downside: the water from tap in bathroom was too hot, sometimes it's even too hot for teeth brushing. It seems that something wrong with the cold water supply.

超值
本人入住的是無窗雙人房、房間十分整潔。本人由於夜機關係、於早上八時多已到達酒店、雖然酒店最快只能安排在1000先可以提前check in、但亦允許我們先可以使用天台泳池及健身房！天台泳池可以望到雙子塔、清真寺、景觀一流！酒店位置亦方便、行去火車站只需5分鐘、亦非常接近茨廠街。

Excellent location
Excellent location. House keeping can be better. The first day to check in, there is no hand towel, no teeth brush and any other amenities. The next day will be replenished but the third and four day are same.

Gd location, comfort and tidy
The Pacific Express Hotel is near to the LRT station(within 5 mins), and can be easily found(just locate the HSBC building and you can find it). The room is clean and tidy with fast speed wifi.

Slow service for checkin
The hotel location is very close to station. And also close to China town. Only one thing was not good is service. I waited for half an hours for checkin. As the result. She said she couldn't find my booking and ask me to checkin again at 2:00pm.

Good hotel, but dirty room
The hotel is just next to the central market. It is walking distance to the china town. LRT is close. The hotel is good actually. Root top pool and gym are available now. The room is good equipment. However, it was dirty. I could see no one clean the carpet. I dare not walking bare feet inside the room. The washroom was sane not clean. I could see my same finger prints on the glass door for my 2 day stay. Only surprised me was the staff were friendly.
