Good facility and good location. However room house keeping is poorly maintained, dust is everywhere when moved in, bedsheet and towels have clean stains, spider nets surrounding lamps. After requesting for deep clean, owner provided cleaning to only the area i pointed out and the other areas were still left out unclean. Will not stay here again.

Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company.

Family trip

The apartment and pools were nice. However furniture was the lowest quality they could find, everything felt unstable and as if it would break by using it. Barely had any equipment in the kitchen, a worn out small pot, nothing else to use on the stove. Had to request a chair for the minimal half broken desk. And communication with the staff was bad, often questions were not answered. And sometimes it was unclear. It was difficult to get cleaning, and when requesting new sheets we didn't get new of everything. Towels and sheets also sometimes had stains. Overall... Nice apartment, bad furniture, bad communication. Strange to fill the apartment will low quality and half broken stuff, when the apartment itself was great.

Le propriétaire nous a déconseillé de venir via la plateforme en ligne avant même que le voyage ne commence. C'était assez déplacé comme réaction de la part du contact qui gère le bien. Et assez incompréhensible. Surtout que je ne peux annuler un voyage comme ça que j'ai réservé 5 mois avant. On a avoir demandé seulement si c'était possible d'avoir un lit séparé au lieu de jumeaux. Ça a généré un stress supplémentaire pour rien. Le nettoyage était assez pauvre, il faut faire la demande a chaque fois, certes, mais l'évier était bouché tout le long du séjour. Le reste était ok c'est dommage mais le service et le premier contact a un peu tout gâché.
