Helpful and friendly staff, everyone speaks good english which is very convenient, lots of good dining venues in an easy 5 minute walk, very clean in and around the hotel. Will be staying here when I come back to Malaysia in the future

It is a convenient location in puching to eateries. The renovations of the restaurants definitely made the stay a bit uncomfortable with the smells of paint seeping through the lobby and even all the way in higher levels. We saw one baby cockroach, which i killed. But i guess that is normal in malaysia. The gym was also renovations. The pool was opened but somehow that floor where the pool is located smell bad. I feel like if there are renovations going on, then the hotel fees should be discounted. Everyone is courteous but i think sheraton chinatown has a little better service. They are more efficient in checking in and easy to call for services. The chinatown branches used glass bottles for the water instead of plastic bottles, which i thought perhaps are more sustainable? I feel like being the same brand, perhaps the overall service should be the same? Overall, it is a good hotel.

Convenient Location and a Comfortable Stay!

It was a very short stay for business but nevertheless had a comfortable and great stay. Especially appreciate support from the front desk staff who went out of the way to make my stay comfortable by accommodating my request for a quiet room, arranging for a universal adapter and also above all, helping with fastest checkout possible so I could catch my early morning flight!!

A fantastic and well appointed hotel in Puchong

I have stayed here often for business as the location is quite useful. The hotel itself is great! The rooms and facilities, the staff and the dining options. The breakfast in particular is very good indeed. And the location is great for nearby bars and food.
