You get what you paid Clean - ok , not so dirty Staff - very friendly and keep smiling Convenient - yes this hotel is located at Damansara uptown , starling mall, famous restaurants all is walkable Parking - busy area,very hard to find parking actually but yeah, walkable,so still ok For short stay not a bad choices

The aircon in our room looked like it was going to fall off fr the wall n made noisy sound. We cd smell cigarettes smoke coming fr the toilet n so had to turn on the exhaust switch which created more noise.

A disaster. I spent two sleepless nights. Lots of hair on the bed and on the floor. Suspicious and dirty stains on the bed sheets. Plastic garbage in the shelf! Most annoying: Extremely loud. Rooms are not isolated at all. Unfriendly receptionist! I got woke up by a neighbor twice every night because of the loud music. The reception who heard the music too did nothing. Even after my complain. Just like "I don't give a sh* attitude. When I took action myself and knocked on the neighbor's door, the receptionist, who expected me to forget about it and just go back to bed, was in panick and complained about why I knocked the door. Wow. The room was also smelling smoke, very strong sometimes. I had to keep the Aircon all the time, which I usually don't like to do. I read many bad reviews about the hotel. I thought that maybe the owner would take action, as he always says in his apologies when he replies to the reviews. But apparently nothing was done. The bad reviews are still relevant today. Arrived a day late. However, hotel staff had the foresight to move my checkin and checkout by a day. Friendly front counter staff. Room was compact but functional and clean.

Nice budget hotel and clean. But abit noisy when people walking outside or climbing up stairs. Noise insulation is not good.

A cheap place to stay that delivers.

I just needed a decent place to stay for an event and this hotel delivered. Cheap, clean and comfortable. And very strategic. Lots of eating options nearby.

Pros: - Free hot/cold water dispenser - good price for the area. Fun to walk around and plenty of food options Cons: - internet was terribly - parking is almost impossible to find during weekdays, 9am-7pm
