I booked this for my SG bro in law and spouse who were down for a visit after Covid 19.
It was near to my residence and they had previously stayed before and found it was good.
The current stay was not as expected, the bedsheets were not changed and the room was not cleaned when they checked in around 4pm .
They told me they will not stay in this place again.

A disaster. I spent two sleepless nights.
Lots of hair on the bed and on the floor.
Suspicious and dirty stains on the bed sheets.
Plastic garbage in the shelf!
Most annoying: Extremely loud. Rooms are not isolated at all.
Unfriendly receptionist! I got woke up by a neighbor twice every night because of the loud music. The reception who heard the music too did nothing. Even after my complain. Just like "I don't give a sh* attitude. When I took action myself and knocked on the neighbor's door, the receptionist, who expected me to forget about it and just go back to bed, was in panick and complained about why I knocked the door. Wow.
The room was also smelling smoke, very strong sometimes. I had to keep the Aircon all the time, which I usually don't like to do.
I read many bad reviews about the hotel. I thought that maybe the owner would take action, as he always says in his apologies when he replies to the reviews. But apparently nothing was done. The bad reviews are still relevant today.
