The staffs are warm, the room is big and clean, the apartment is sited in a peaceful residential area and yet walkable to the popular shopping areas: Jalan Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Time Square, Jalan Alor and Chinatown night market. Worth the stay. Will come back.

Good and nice apartment

Lovely and friendly service by all staff. Clean rooms. Good location and view, and well priced. Would recommend again. This is the second time that we have stayed and enjoyed both stays. Thanks.

Strategic place to stay.

I stayed on 2017..the apt that I got was in better condition than this time I go.. it was a bit disappointing.. no pots, or proper kitchen cooking utensil like last time. Casa should maintain the previous service..it was better. and there was a hole in the bathroom.. which was scary & euw. Like get it done pls. People are paying to stay at a place that should be better than their own home. But overall..oklah.

Size apartment yg luas, Sgt sesuai utk family yg besar bila travel bersama. Harga yg berpatutan dan mempunyai fasiliti seperti sauna,gym & swimming pool. Cuma management perlu menambah baik lagi perkhidmatan. Susah utk dpt parking kerana lot parking by terhad utk tetamu. Signal WiFi kurang bagus, siaran televisyen yg terhad.

建物はキレイなホテル

深夜のチェックインでしたが、スタッフの方は感じがよく、しかしとてつもなく時間がかかりました。夜中の1時を過ぎており疲れていたので辛かったです。また、Wi-Fi無料ということで予約したのに、Wi-Fiはトラブルがあって使えないとのことでした。建物はキレイなのに、部屋は清掃したのか疑問なほど汚れており、シンクには使いっぱなしのグラスと、ゴキブリ含む小さな虫がたくさんいました。 ベッドメーキングしたのか、してからだいぶ時間がたっているのか、布団や枕、部屋に置かれたタオルは少し誇りをかぶっていました。キッチン付きなのに調理道具は一切ありません。洗濯機つきなのに干すものはなく、椅子に服を干しました。歩いてブギビンタンエリアや、反対方向のチャイナタウンにも行けて、ロケーションは良いです。空港まで行くのに、タクシーより安い車を呼んでくれたり、度々対応はよいですが、インド人系のスタッフはゆっくり話してくれず、まったくなにをゆってるか聞き取れませんでした。
