「the bedding was not good. very hard pillows. the maid staff never replaced missing items in the room (tissues, creamer for in room coffee, etc.) the place is new, just opened so i give some grace but the staff is not that well trained. could not tip on card, could not arrange a taxi and pay through hotel and other things, didn't always understand requests.」

Saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (viel unterschiedliches, gefüllte Kraut Taschen Mega), auch hier das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Pool. Generell sehr schöne Anlage und es gibt einen Tunnel zum Meer. Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt. Man kommt schnell überall hin.」

Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation.」
