"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. "The hotel room is aesthetically pleasing. It had useful essentials like iron and hair dryer but was missing other things like shower cap, earbuds etc. Lovely staff, although no one picked up when I called the reception. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Overall, it a decent hotel."

"Check in was a bit disorganised, I'd written to ask for a twin room as it wasn't clear if it was possible on the booking and no one had responded ( although they did after I'd checked in) when I checked in I was told no problem, but the room wasn't ready. When we went back there wasn't a twin ro available and we had to down grade to a black room with no windows to get one, but didn't get a discount. You can use only use the pool area to wait if they aren't full with bookings, we went upstairs for dinner and told we couldn't stay for dinner as they were full. I just think once you book, they should send you a request list to book everythhig so you know. "

"Brilliant stay at a lovely hotel with our toddler who found the hotel magical. The hotel is brilliant and while more expensive compared to other hotels, well worth it. The staff were great and amenities superb. If I had to give some constructive feedback it would be to review the eggs at breakfast - powdered eggs are just not pleasant and for the price I would expect proper eggs. Rest of breakfast was great though! "
