From the warmest of greeting when we arrived until checkout we were made to feel really welcome at this hotel. We loved its uniqueness and the afternoon tea/coffee and cake was a delightful touch. Breakfast with fresh waffles was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful - they are wonderful.

Hotel with tons of charm very centrally located in Gothenburg. About 20 min walk from Haga, 5 minutes from the Central Train Station, near the shopping centre Nordstan. The hotel is Gothenburg's oldest, the staff is fantastic and the breakfast is wonderful. I don't see any point in staying anywhere else during my future Gothenburg trips. The decoration for Christmas is very beautiful.

Great hotel very near the station and handy for central Gothenburg. Great free breakfast and tea / coffee and cinnamon cake. Holder in the shower was a bit useless - everything kept falling on the floor

I like Fika

Staff were all very friendly. We liked "Fika" a Swedish tradition which means ...a break from activity during which people drink coffee, eat cakes or other light snacks, and relax with others. So the hotel offer 24 houraccess to coffee/ tea machine along with a small piece of cake in the afternoon/ evening. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is very well located for central Gothenburg, walking distance to most museums. The room was quiet and spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good with particularly good gluten free options. I will certainly go again on future trips to Gothenburg.
