Everything was great. The food was excellent with healthy choices, drinks were good. I suggest they move the place you get your towels from reception to another one.

I did not have a view of the ocean or pool. But the room is nice, modern and clean. Arrived really late they order my dinner for me which was nice. There was no bottled water in the room ( as usual) was told by front desk that they could not provide to drink from the sink. Overall ok but I wish VIP ...

Sewer smell that lasted a few days, noisy, no water one morning and they didn't clean our property at all the entire time we stayed. Poor management and policies. Villa was okay with Will not stay here again.

No complaints on the facilities, amenities, etc. They have access to rental cars, bikes, etc. It is very clean. My only comment is about service staff. Not all were bad, but often the service was extremely slow, and sometimes you were completely ignored.
