I think Expedia could have made it clearer that this is student accommodation, rather than holiday apartments. The room was very clean, there's a shop and a tram stop nearby, or it's a 40-minute walk to the old town if you prefer. Free wi-fi is provided and your own cooking facilities.

Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. There is no A/C but the window opens wide to allow any breeze in. Overall, a good option for short or long-term stays.

Besides the modern design of the building and the room, I did love breakfast at Hyatt, which is in two steps from Next Door Apartments… the guests are given coupons for a discount breakfast at Hyatt… there is also a little store nearby if you need any quick groceries - bread, fruit, candy, coffee, yogurt, etc.; water in the shower is hot; there is no TV in the room, so you will need your own devices to watch news or whatever you prefer; there is a tram stop nearby, so you can use public transportation or uber if you have to… the front desk is helpful and is there for you.

For the price I paid, this was an excellent stay! The building is new, so everything was very clean. There is laundry in the building, elevators, the rooms are good size. Small kitchenette if needed, but we were also offered to have breakfast at the hotel that’s on the same property for a discounted rate. The check in was ok- simply only because there were 2 employees sitting and I was not greeted and just stood there for a minute until a third employee came out. Check out was very quick and the employee was very nice. Overall, for the price and location, 10/10

Very nice place with very friendly workers, situated in a pretty quiet area next to a stadium. The first room i stayed at was clean but it had a water pressure issue so they changed my room, but the water pressure wasnt all that great either, im just used to more water pressure. But overall a great place for the price and would stay again.

Residência universitária nova, limpa e com linha de TRAM próxima. Só sentimos falta de uma cozinha melhor equipada com utensílios. Não tinha secador de cabelo porém foi disponibilizado prontamente na recepção.

Établissement parfaitement adapté à mes besoins. Proche du centre ville, kitchenette, chambre très vaste, immeuble neuf. Un seul problème: j’ai envoyé deux messages prévenant d’une arrivée tardive et je n’ai pas eu de réponse si bien que j’ai dû prendre un hôtel avec réception 24/24 alors que j’aurais très bien pu arriver après minuit. Dommage et ce n’est pas professionnel

Surpreendente custo-benefício.

O hotel tem excelente localização, é super limpo, novo, com equipamentos que facilitam a estadia como microondas e frigobar. Não tem ar condicionado, mas fui no final do verão e não tive problemas.
