We had a lovely stay, perfect location being a short walk into the town for food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff and had a cute little balcony!

Good value for money, great location for Jewish quarter, main square and train station, decor a little tired but a cheap place to stay and everything you need, plenty of hot water, clean room, tea and coffee, fridge, comfy bed and 24 hour front desk. A bit of noise from outside and from other rooms and the corridor but only because it’s an older building. The area outside looks a bit rundown but it really is a good location for exploring an interesting city.

We had two rooms for four nights. Both rooms had broken refrigerators. One room had a broken hair dryer. The other room had broken furniture. The hotel is a great, safe location and is very clean.

Super noicy. Staff at check-in desk don't seem to bother to be quite at night. Couldn't sleep even with earplugs as every 15 minutes someone passes the desk and they exchange a loud conversation with stuff. Im talking about night time.

Very tored looking room. Dated. Poor wifi. Tv only in Polish. Uncomfortable bed. 1 pillow each. Hairdryer didnt work. Fridge didnt work

Not happy at all.

Dirty hotel, needs refreshing and painting. H&S is non existent, to many extension leads, cables on staircase. Over 5 days our room has not been clean at all, towels not changed. I was asked to pay on arrival, usually I pay at the end. Overal 2 out of 10.

It was better kept than expected. But ti be given only a normal room at checkin when I had paid for one with a kitchenette and then get the kitchenette one the day after and twice having to prove and go through emails and confirmations that I had paid for the bigger room was not satisfactory. Very young staff it seemed who didnt know or do basic note taking or handovers, nor did we ever get even an apology for the mistake. We then got a room on the 3rd floor where wifi was close to non existent and the fridge hardly worked. But at least it did have aircon and who knows how bad a 3rd try room might have been. (The first one was actually the better) The shower had no proper holding thing so would face straight onto entire other end and toilet. Hence had to hand hold it entire time. All in all a great city to visit but will try another place to stay next time.

Sehr hilfreiches und nettes Personal, gute Lage in der Altstadt, ein paar Schritten von der S-Bahn und Busstation. Apartment sehr sauber und groß, leider am Anfang nicht zu warm.

Ett prisvärt hotell som ligger centralt i Krakow. Billig parkering i anslutning till hotellet. Rummet var gammalt men rent och fräscht. Hotellet ligger nära kollektivtrafik. Det går inte att äta frukost på hotellet, men det finns ett bra café nära hotellet som det går att köpa god och prisvärd frukost på. Personalen är väldigt trevlig.

Uno dei peggiori

Motivi per cui non tornerei: - Non c’è l’ascensore (la nostra camera era al secondo piano, fortunatamente non avevamo bagagli ma solo 2 zaini) - Non c’è l’aria condizionata: nella camera c’era solo un ventilatore ma faceva caldo comunque - Camera vecchia: il doccino non stava in posizione e era tutto di scarsa qualità, incluso il sapone. L’asciuga capelli era inutilizzabile da quanto era vecchio - Camera abbastanza pulita tranne il cuscino… era pieno di macchie gialle (federa pulita ma cuscino disgustoso) - La pulizia della camera (incluso anche il solo rifare il letto) va richiesto alla reception ma non eravamo stati informati al riguardo (alla reception non ci hanno dato informazioni di nessun tipo… al check in solo consegna chiavi e basta) - Le scale che portano alle camere erano sporche, ogni giorno sempre di più - Mini frigo non funzionante - Set di cortesia mancante Note positive - Staff cordiale e amichevole - Possibilità di prenotare il trasporto per L’aeroporto - Posizione ottimale - Wi-Fi ottimo Personalmente é stato Uno dei peggiori pernottamenti

Rent, fräscht och prisvärt

Hotellet ligger ca 100m från spårvagnen. Det var lätt att missa entrén, då det inte finns någon skylt på fasaden. Dessutom ligger det ca 50 meter in på en ganska ruffig gata, så det känns lite kymigt att gå dit. Väl där är det trevlig personal som pratar jättebra engelska. Rummet var litet fast då vi inte tillbringade så mycket tid på rummet var det gott nog. Det var rent och fräscht. Sängen var skön. Restaurangen är stängd efter pandemin, fast bara 100 m bort ligger Incredible som serverar en superfräsch frukostbuffé mellan 07.00-12.00. Hotellet är prisvärt och ligger centralt och bra. Jag skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo där igen om jag kommer till Krakow. Extra stort tack till nattreceprionisten Dominika som var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Auf den Internetfotos sieht das Hotel wie neu renoviert aus. In Wirklichkeit ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes "der Lack ab". Es ist abgewohnt.

Room was spacious, breakfast was good and all-in all a value for money! Besides that the hotel is close to a lot of train stops (which in Google Maps it doesn't seem to show). Something which I have to mention is that once I forgot my bag with my wallet in the breakfast area and the reception kindly kept this for me so I really have to thank them! You won't be disappointed.
