My room was very clean, quiet and convenient. The staff was friendly and very helpful and even held my luggage until I was able to get a taxi. They communicated with me days before my flight and very prompt.

The hotel is in a quiet alley next to a very nice and cosy square in the heart of the Kazimierz district. The location couldn’t be better. Also, we found the staff to be kind and it was very quiet. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. We recommend this place

Very clean budget friendly hotel. We only stayed a night but the room had everything we needed, plenty of channels on the TV, and after a long day of walking around krakow the shower temp and pressure were perfect. The evening staff I talked to were very nice and helpful.

I visited in November, it is in a quiet location just off a small square with a number of bars and restaurants. My single room was small with an oddly placed bed, but it had a fridge and the shower was good. It was quiet in the room. It also had a balcony which would be nice in summer. Not far to some shops and a main street with trams. Walking distance to the nearest train station.

Right in the heart of the Jewish quarter everything was very close. Pick up for trips was no more than a 5 mins walk, lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating too.

Right in the heart of the Jewish quarter, was a nice straight 1 mile walk to the old town. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice however as it faced the street, it was very noisy at night time. Otherwise, was a wonderful stay.

The only quibble was not having a double bed. Everything else was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was modern and spacious.The location is very convenient for sightseeing in Krakow with plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away.
