"Great location. ATM, 7-11, street food, restaurants, night life, laundromat, massage and riverside within 2 minutes walk. Place was clean despite high turnover of people. Stayed in 4 X doorm and it was very spacious. Some lights not working when reporting to the staff they weren't too bothered, the issue was not rectified during my stay - 3 nights. "Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left."

"Lovely stay in a private room. This was so reasonable priced and yet the standards were still high. We did have difficulty finding it, but the gentleman working there met us and carried our bags to where we needed to be. Best entrance is by sunny house, as it is behind. "
