「One day shift female receptionist is very rude and impolite! When I confirmed my booking, she turned up her nose and flipped our passports. It’s very rude! In addition, the rest receptionist have racism against the guests other than the white! When we checked out and departed, they help the whites carrying their luggage into the shuttle, but ignore us entirely. 」

「Nice resort with friendly staff. Walkable distance to Ao Nang Beach with bus stop nearby. Conveniently located. Breakfast with vast variety of choices. 2 cons tho - hot water are not stable and turned cold from time to time during shower, and they throw away your toothbrush everyday…」

「Hotel is nice, walking distance from everything, at the end of the beach so not a crazy amount of tourists walking the beach. 95% of the staff were friendly and helpful, however some of them seems exhausted\ not motivated… We encountered several employees struggling with basic English. Our room was very clean and cozy. If you’re looking for a really quiet hotel, it might not be the best options since it was mainly families with young kids. Breakfast was ok. 」

「The hotel located on the main street and just a 8-minute-walk distance to the beach makes it very convenient. I love the big pool most as I can do some serious swimming and relax. However, my friends and I got bitten by mosquitoes all the time during our stay. I recommend the hotel to take more preventive measures. Facilities in gym room is not enough as there are only a few dumbbells, yoga mats, running and cycling machines. Besides, I think they should also move the gym to a room with pool...

「Brand new hotel with a lovely pool. The buffet breakfast is good. The drawback is hotel does not provide toothpaste and toothbrush.」

「飯店地點很方便，對面就有全家便利店、機車出租、行程購買，不遠處有7-11便利店，步行至奧南沙灘、奧南大街距離近。早餐種類多，選擇性多，有很多印度咖哩類的料理，惟須要避開用餐人潮，方能享受悠閒的用餐時光。對於飯店住宿品質整體來說，算是非常的不錯。唯獨因部分住宿客人的行為不優，讓此次住宿經驗有點不舒服，該國籍客人在客房外走廊喧鬧嬉戲甚至亂敲我的房門以致干擾到我，晚上12點左右，客房外以及樓上都有大聲喧鬧嬉戲的情形，噪音聲響及腳步震動聲持續甚久擾人清夢。」

「設施殘舊，廁所淤塞，房間設施差劣，毛巾又欠拖鞋又欠總之樣樣都差！ 早餐更加不知所謂，垃圾酒店！除左環境位置好， 無一可取！建議不要來這間酒店。」
