The staff is exceptional, always happy to help.Good breakfast and beautiful pool. Recommend the Moon Suite, nice upper deck. The hotel needs a facelift for sure but the location makes it the ideal place to stay.

The hotel is very dirty, blood spot on bed sheet. Toilet so dirty and fungus in shower area. Sink is blocked and water is not drained. Smell very bad from toilet . Bad reception guy . Rude . This is ruined my vaccination so bad. Stay away if u don’t want to experience like me. No parking . Electric run off in middle in the night. I have to moved to new room 23:30 . A lot of mosquitoes

Thank you for smooth transfer

I originally booked for the small hotel krabi but when I arrived I was meeted by a very friendly manager who told me I was upgraded to the nearby hotel La Playa apparently because of so little tourism still in Krabi. I was very happy with the process and upgrade, it went really smoothly.

It was a great place with great location.very close to the beach 5 min walk . Only down fall was the restaurant was not open . Allso the bar was closed . Other then that great place to relax .

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel novo, confortável. Boa localização. Meu quarto tinha acesso direto para piscina e hidro exclusive para cada quarto. Porém não tem sol direto e água fria. Muito barulho entre os funcionários no corredor pela manhã, e portas batendo. Como fiquei só uma noite, não reclamei.

Very nice hotel at good location. Short walk to Ao Nang beach and Nopparath beach. Staff was A+. Not disturbingly overpolite but genuine human beings with good insight to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Definately would book us here again if we should someday return to Krabi. Pools were nice. Sunset from roofpool was one nice experience to have.

Me and my girlfriend looked for a central hotel in Ao Nang for out first visit to Krabi (5 days). The hotel is close to the beach so we booked a basic studio room. When we arrived at the hotel the staff told us to our suprise we had been upgraded to a pool access room for no charge. The room was clean and beautiful. Each day the cleaning lady brought clean towels and cleaned our room. The staff was also superb. For someone who just looked for two beds to stay the night, this hotel gave us a memorable experience. It will certainly be our choice next time we visit Ao Nang. Thank you.

Get what you pay for, nothing more

Overall I would give this hotel a 6.5 out of 10z location. Location is pretty good and central to most things like restaurants and tours. The room and facilities were dated. Had issues with some plumbing right away, but to their credit they did fix it. Overall staff was accommodating, but not much else. Beds were very stiff, flat and hard. Area is a bit noisy, but that is too be expected within reason for that busy area of Krabi. The rooftop pool was a bonus and was very clean.

위치는 선착장등이 가까워 너무 좋았으나 청결상태나 룸컨디션은 아쉬움. 수영장은 작은데 뷰는 전혀없으니 기대하지말것 욕실도 위생상태는 좋은편은 아니니 개인용품은 모두 챙겨가는게 좋습니다.

Supert hotell!

Booket 2 døgn ved starten av reisen min og 2 døgn på slutten av reisen min i Thailand, flott hotell og service innstillte personale. Flotte store rom med god seng, morgenkåpe, tøfler, hårføner, strandveske med liggeunderlag. Fekk lov å legge igjen ein bag med ting i 11 dager då eg skulle øyhoppe. Skal seiast at eg fekk oppgradert rom begge gongane og dei to siste døgna budde eg på søsterhotellet (Krabi La Playa Resort). Massasje og andre spabehandlinger tilgjengelig på begge hotella. Trur ikkje det var særlig sol ved bassengområdet, men du kan nytta større bassengområde på søsterhotellet som er rett over vegen. Eg hadde ikkje frukost der så kan ikkje sei nokke om kvaliteten på den. Bra beliggenhet midt i mellom strendene, 7/11 og andre småbutikker rett i nærheten.

Pros - 1)it had 2 pools, the top floor pool is nice for just wading and sitting around as there are steps to sit on with the jet sprays to massage you, and is a nice and quiet place to chill and suntan, the lower floor is mostly shaded by the sun and is deeper and cooler, making it a nice place to swim and get a break from the heat of the sun. 2) Service staff is always very poliet and accommodating. 3) Its just beside the Resturant Wan Sai and near a boat taxi service to head to the other islands and Railay Beach if you are interestd 4) Near the beach that is to my opinion nicer than the main beach in front of Ao Nang Town 5) Ao nang Food market is nearer this facility at arnd 10mins walk Cons 1) Mattress is a spring mattress that is kinda old, so the springs are abit off. I could've requested for a change of room, but basically, I wasnt't too keen as it wasn't a full house and could have easily given me one room with better furnitures. The study table, clothes rack was also rickety. 2) The heated water was also quite unstable, making it hard to control the correct temperature to enjoy a warm shower.. in the end, I mostly showered cold anyways as it is pretty hot in krabi... 3) Breakfast was only ok. I am not one to be very fussy and choosy, but I did feel that the selections were not much. 4) More tarps on the roof of the pool would make the pool a nicer place.

Perfekt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Ao Nang.

The Small Krabi ligge midt mellom de to strendene i Ao Nang og det passet oss utmerket. Hotellet er lite, god standard på rommene og på balkongen og rolig til tross for at det ligger midt i et kryss. Rommene vender mot innvendig bassengområde så støyen fra gaten hørte vi ikke. Kort veg til longtailbåtene(5min å gå ) og til strendene og gode spisesteder i nærområdet. Det finnes også et basseng på taket, men det var lite innbydende. Ingen vekster og manglet parasoller ved solsengene. Hotellet er imidlertid en del av LAPLAYA rett over vegen.Der er det et stort deilig bassengområde og vi kunne benytte alle fasiliteter. Personalet er hyggelig, imøtekommende og hjalp oss med det vi hadde behov for. Frokosten var ok ut i fra våre behov. Vi hadde også mulighet til å spise frokost på La Playa. Vi hadde minisuite i 2.etg mot stranden og bassenget. Et herlig stort rom og gode stoler på terassen. Skal vi ta med noe negativt må det bli lampen som var montert oppe på taket og badet balkongen vår i et skarpt hvitt lys fra mørket falt på og til neste morgen. Ikke særlig kjekt å sitte på balkongen om kvelden når alle andre gjester har innsyn rett på vår balkong. Vi bodde her i 10 dager og fikk inntrykk av at renholdet dabbet litt av de siste dagene . Ingen store ting, men ting som gjorde at vi irriterte oss litt: sent renhold ( kl 16) håndklær manglet, manglene oppfylling av vann,kaffe, minibar. Men alt i alt: vi velger gjerne The Small ved neste besøk i Ao Nang.

Tilavat huoneet, loistava sijainti, huono siivous

Pool access huone oli erittäin tilava. Uima-altaan vesi tuntui varsin viileältä, eikä sinne paistanut aurinko. Sen sijaan 4.krs uima-altaalla oli todella lämmintä. Huoneiden siivous oli todella hätäistä. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin vaihtelevasti, ammetta eikä peiliä pesty. Roskia jätettiin lattialle roskiksen viereen. Joitain päivinä siivous tehtiin esimerkillisesti. Erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, siitä täydet pisteet.

Le Personnel fut très accueillant ,attentif et très serviable. Merci pour tout. La dame qui s'occupe des excursions était aussi adorable et nous a obtenu de très bons tarifs. Juste une petite remarque ,nous étions au dernier étage sous la piscine et il y avait tout le temps du bruit sûrement du au moteur de la piscine . Les petits déjeuners eux n'étaient pas vraiment pas bons avec peu de choix .Sinon la chambre et le balcon etaient très bien et la propreté impeccable.La piscine sur le toit était top. Situe à 100m de la plage Noparathara et à 500m de la plage d'Ao nang Tout proche du centre avec moins de bruit.

Nice hotel very close to the two beaches easy walking distance ten mins. Two beautiful relaxing pools one in ground floor one on roof level. The wifi was a bit erratic at times. Fabulous sunset views. Lot more on offer from the hotel than wat it appears from the outside. Daily fresh beach bags for guests

We absolutely loved our stay at small Krabi hotel. The hotel is located perfectly between both beaches. (10 minute walk to ao nang) The staff is among the friendliest people I have ever met. Hotel is very clean. Only wish I could have stayed longer!

Pro: 1) We booked 2 rooms separately & requested for nearby rooms. The hotel gave us connecting rooms with pool access (free upgrade from garden view to pool access room). 2) clean, spacious room 3) provided beach slipper, beach basket with towels & mat - very convenient 4) friendly staffs 5) rooftop swimming pool with nice view 6) allowed for early check in & late check out without additional charges based on availability 7) nearby food stalls & 7-11 Cons 1) the beach nearby the hotel is dirty & not suitable for swimming. Recommended to rent a motorbike to other beaches. Highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will book this hotel again!!!
