The staff were friendly and so helpful, the room was super clean, the pool was fantastic, and the grounds around the facility were kept clean. This is amazing value for the price you pay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Maritime once we got used to the idea that there was no staff around and all food including drinks had to be purchased off-site or delivered in. Perfect stay for travellers wanting peace and quiet and with own transport. Delighted in roaming around the extensive grounds and found a deserted track to the river which was a bonus. Loved having the exclusive use of the swimming pool too!

our stay was completely enjoyable. Check in was fast, staff wonderful, super helpful and pleasant. We stayed in 2 different rooms during stay and move was a total breeze. We went out for our excursion, the staff placed our luggage in new room by the time we returned. The rooms have the updated plugs and a usb-c port. Light controls at bedside. Very comfy beds. I do think the pillows were overdone; one very large pillow and one usable (perfectly substantial and soft) pillow for sleeping. The large ones were visually appealing but not soft or usable at all, would be much better to have two usable pillows per person. The plants were very beautiful and well kept. The pool was quite a wonderful part of the stay. Gradual entry with NO slipping. A little slippery at our door entry into pool, but there was a safety mat in place (use it). Wonderful fluffy comfy seat on our pool deck. Layout space of the room was perfect. Nice huge mirrors. Robes, slippers, perfectly fit. Shower was great. Restaurant at resort was very beautiful. Very nice staff. Beautiful food. A little bland on natural food flavor enhancement. The local non alcoholic drinks were delicious. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, lots of international options. We will definitely stay again!

This place is HUGE. We arrived early and checked in super fast. Quickly we realized that this place is damn near abandoned. We were the ONLY guests and felt somewhat unsafe. The pool was not operational, the amnesties were unavailable and i’m assuming due to lack of guests. The reason for this was because people don’t visit the city, everyone goes towards the beach/pier.

Upon my arrival at Krabi Maritime Resorts from Krabi International Airport, I held high expectations for the nearby beach and the availability of my preferred dining options. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that there were no restaurants in close proximity, and walking to the main road from the hotel lobby took considerable time. Additionally, the hotel staff who welcomed me informed me that there were no dining facilities within the resort, only room accommodations. Consequently, I decided to cancel my booking and seek alternative lodging closer to the beach. I made frantic attempts to contact Expedia and my travel agent, only to learn that, according to the terms of my booking, I could cancel but would not receive a refund. Having already paid for eight nights, I felt compelled to reluctantly check into my room at Maritime Resorts. After a restful night, I began to explore the hotel and gradually came to terms with my situation. However, my perspective shifted dramatically during my stay, and I recognized how hasty my initial judgment had been when I first entered the staff office for check-in. I ultimately discovered the true charm of the resort, which turned out to be a heartwarming and delightful experience. I highly recommend this resort for individuals with a specific mindset. The transportation and food application known as "Grab" significantly simplified my access to my preferd resto.as well fruit markets and departmental stores.

Excellent value hotel. Very grand. They are reopening after the issues overhanging from covid. The scenery is excellent. The service from all staff is also outstanding. As other reviewers have noted, there are some small things that could be improved upon, like some extra plug sockets in the rooms for modern convenience.
