「From the time that we were welcomed by Teo to to the grace of having my oversized goshuincho signed before departure, the serene and uplifting atmosphere of the monastery was a balm. The meals were delicious, the tour was informative and reverent, and the temple complex across the road was a joy. Our rooms was elegant and simple. 10/10. 」

「Great place and experience. The food was fresh and good and friendly people both working and living in the temple. Remember that it's cold in the temple during winter. The bedroom is warm.」
