"Truly enjoyed our five day stay at the Royal Plaza. Rare service gems in hospitality made our moments memorable. Greetings at curbside matched the super friendly bag attendants. Check-in by Catherine was gracious and impeccable. Manager Terry went above and beyond to bring us an unforgettable moment to start our stay. He listened to my concern and moved our room without hesitation. We were impressed by his highly coordinated team working to relocate us for our stay. Facilities engineering should be applauded for their responsiveness and cleanliness. Minor toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes upon contact. Contactless key cover for room door was found on the floor and repaired immediately. Super convenient hotel located above MTR station and MOKO mall. Gym, sauna (dry and steam), swimming pool, and hot tub makes the Royal Plaza a highly recommended stay in the future for family and friends. No laundry on premise, but Sunshine Laundry Service is affordable and nearby."

"My family and I stayed at Regal Kowloon from June 26-July 4, 2025. This was my return to Hong Kong after many years and it was lovely to visit my 2nd home again. I would like to share a few of my experiences: 1) Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable, making a great night's sleep for me and my children. Housekeeper Ah WONG was very pleasant and always greeted us in the morning on our way to breakfast. 2) Front Desk staff were very courteous: WILLIAM and ASLAN provided helpful information about my stay. Duty Manager KING WONG was kind to approve our late checkout request. You have a good Front Desk team, Maureen - much appreciated! 3) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, thanks to Paggy and the crew! The variety of food was fresh and scrumptious. I was impressed with the turnaround of the table after one guest leaves and the the table is ready for the next guest on busy mornings. 4) EMA in Club Lounge took good care of us as we relaxed and enjoyed our drinks, snacks and the massage chair :-) 5) Thank you Concierge MICHAEL & DAISY for storing our luggage while we were out and waited for our ride. 6) The hotel's location was conveniently located near Victoria Harbour and the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. It is also a walking distance of many shops, restaurants and the metro station. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids."
