Check in 的服務人員非常專業，有一些耽誤也有用飯店的酒吧飲品卷當做補償，讓我們心情愉悅。電梯也有人員幫忙指引如何使用電梯刷卡系統，自動退房的機制也很方便，整體感覺很好。唯一的缺點就是隔音不是很好，走廊的聲音蠻容易聽到的。
