Villa Ivana will always be my choice in Kotor.

I was not wrong on choosing Villa Ivana on my trip to Kotor. Location and comfort of a n8ce bed, clean and elegant room is a big plus.

2 dagars vandrings-vistelse.

Var där med maken i 2 dagar för att se stan och vandra. Mysigt att bo innanför murarna. Nära till mat, vandringen upp på berget/murarna bakom stan och Havspromenaden. Enda negativa var att det var lyhört. Puben utanför tystnade vid 22.30 och ljud från kullerstensgatorna började igen vid 7. Inget problem för oss, men vill man sova länge kan det vara störande. Till rummet hörde även en terass på murarna vilken var mysig att sitta på.

Die Lage ist optimal: Am Beginn der Altstadt und nicht allzu weit entfernt ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Die Villa hat die Zimmer in 2 Häuser: das eine mit wunderschönen Innenhof und damit abgeschirmt vom Staßenlärm. Im anderen Haus, das nebenan ist, gehen die Fenster auf die Straße - und das ist nicht gut, da es sehr laut ist.

Great location

Fabulous place! The rooms are spacious, the terraces are lovely and relaxing. The location is the best! It’s the first hotel as you enter the city walls coming from the bus station - so only about a 5 minute walk. Friendly service and I would recommend!

Un très bon séjour, mais une patronne antipathique

Malgré un petit quack sur le site Internet qui a fait que nous avions réservé 2 chambres au lieu d'une et un très mauvais accueil de la patronne à ce sujet, nous avaons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Ivana. La demoiselle s'occupant de l'accueil est extrêmement sympathique, elle donne de bons conseils pour visiter la ville. L’appartement est spacieux avec plusieurs terrasses à disposition, en plein coeur de la vieille ville de Kotor, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Parking gratuit à environ 10 minutes de marche

it was nice but because of the location there was much noise at the outside. The kitchen has no privacy. These are not very important, the worst thing iş that, despite of any warning in page of the hotel in hotels.com, the owner of the hotel wants to payment in cash. They don't want to use credit varda because of the tax. lf you arrange your payments with cards, you should be careful

worst experience ever

We have been told that there was a water issue in the room which was a like. It was just overbooked. We were taken to another place which was someone's home with a shared bathroom and other people in the house.

En drøm hos Ivana

Plassert i Gamlebyen, var det et veldig flott lokasjon for meg. Litt på utkanten gjorde at det var litt roligere og det passet meg fint. Flotte uteområder med terrasse og nydelige blomster. Veldig hyggelige ansatte som tok meg godt i mot og hjalp meg til å få et godt opphold.

Great people. Great property. Fantastic location.

Love the hotel and staff and location. Really amazing to be so close to it all and have Access to a deck/rest area on the city wall! They offer extra services to guests too. Arrangements etc. Just ask! Really friendly and great rooms. Two minor side notes: it is noisy near bar so bring earplugs if you need them, and it’s a pedestrianized city inside the walls so the listing mentions “parking” but should specify that is public street parking if available or paid lot €10 a night when I visited.

Really noisy

We had room on the street side of the apartment and there were bar in the street which played rock music really hard to the morning hours. Could not sleep. Without the noise, the apartment was nice, clean and at good place. There were no own reception, the reception was at the art shop in the same house. It was not written anywhere.

Paying only in cash

Kotor was the last stop of out road trip. We were hoping to pay with Credit card, but only Cash was accepted. There was no Hot water or WiFi at first, but they were fixed. Without the payment issue I would give the Best grades.

Great location, great service, great price

The managers were extremely helpful in helping us get oriented in the city, and the apartment itself was wonderful. There is free parking in several nearby lots that the managers can help with as well, and we never had difficulty finding a spot even at the height of tourist season. There was some noise from nearby bars, but it wasn't a problem in the bedroom. We had one power outlet that didn't seem to work, but this didn't create any issues for us as we just used another. All in all, it's a great villa in a great location with great service.

旧市街の中にあり、どこに行くにも便利でした。南門から入るとまっすぐいってすぐにあります。私は、わからず、正門まで行ってしまい、入口のツーリストセンターに尋ねたら、電話をかけてくれて正門までお迎えに来てくれました。とても親切にしていただき感謝しています。こじんまりとしたVillaですが、清潔感あり、とても快適に過ごせました。外にあるテラスでくつろいだり、またルーフトップもあるので、目の前にコトル湾を眺めてのんびりできます。スーパーも徒歩圏内、レストラン、ショップ、バーも多数あります。女性一人旅でしたが、夜間、歩いても問題ありませんでした。

Uhmmm...Kotor is simply an amazing city...It’s unimaginable how the city originated between the wall and the mountains. Here within this space is Villa Ivana with all the city endowment. At Villa Ivana everything is a touch of life, starting with the welcoming staff. City was quiet busy also was the neighborhood, but then who cares as the breath of freshness of the city makes you feel hirray. I will surely visit again...Villa Ivana will see me again.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome here; they gave us great advice on where to eat and drink, as well as what to see on our visit to the town. The bedroom we stayed in was wonderful and we were thrilled with the view of the harbour from the terrace. The property is conveniently located within the Old Town walls and is only a very short walking distance from some lovely bars and restaurants. I would recommend staying at Villa Ivana to anyone planning a trip to Kotor. Thanks for having us!
