I lived in 5th floor for 3 nights, at the 2nd night around 2:30am, there were 3 to 4 Chinese families checked in. They opened the door and spoke very loudly. I complained to the help desk and asked for help by phone, and the staff just only said sorry to me. They did not try to stop the noise by only let it go. Finally, I went out and complained to the families directly to stop them talking and running at the corridor!
The staff made me felt very disappointing!
