「The room was very clean and very spacious. It had a nice little kitchenette. The hotel owners and staff are wonderful people. Very kind and helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was affordable, and excellent! So many choices! They made us really good omelettes. Our stay was very short, but it was a lovely hotel experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. If you're looking for a place to stay in Burgas, look no further!」

My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. 「The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. 「The hotel was overall nice. The thing is that it is on a very loud location, on the street. For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it less. The parking is not available for all guests, you can’t even reserve a space before arriving so we were supposed to pay on the Nesebar parking for our car for 7 days.
