「Checking in was such a positive experience. Wish I would have taken her name so I could have given a shout out specifically but she was wonderful, courteous, accommodating and professional. 「Nice hotel outside of the busy CBD. We picked this hotel due to its location. Having the train line right next door made traveling to/from the airport and checking out the city very convenient. The room was small but clean. We did not get the room upgrade we hoped for. Lots of great restaurants around. The hotel is older but I found it charming!」
