The front desk helped us get taxis wherever we needed to go and there is even a restaurant at the hotel for easy food access when we were tired. "Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. "

"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We stayed as a family of 3. Lovely cold airconditioning in the rooms and some great in ground pools and jacuzzis. If you're up for a walk, a big shopping centre is only 10 mins walk away. The National Museum is next door, which is worth a visit. Great gift shop too! Some small shops near the hotel to stock up on beers and refreshments and a taxi ride to and from restaurants can be arranged for around 5USD. "
