The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.」

「Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first.
