「Good location, helpful staff , although having a concierge service would have been better to guide us through the city. Great places to eat around and access to metro and buses. Janat and Kim are very helpful at the front desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lastly for budget minded travelers book early and breakfast is included and a decent variety to eat . French bakery tous le jous was a great experience as well and the K bbq was authentic. Thank you」

「The room is absolutely clean and tidy. Front desk staff is very helpful and nice Whatsapp message before you arrived to let you know more information Can directly communicate with them for any need The private hot bathtub is prefectly relax Even Tea set is provided」

「Terribly awful. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me that they had mistakenly given my room to another guest. They then arranged another room for me, but it was unbearable because it was filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke.」

打上hotels.com 說退錢 酒店表示不能退。 第三次查詢酒店更不接hotels.com 的電話。 When I want to check in, the hotel said the room is not ready. Although their services is good in morning, the air con is broke at midnight, there are even keyboard and mouse click sound in midnight, which is very terrify in room 507.I want to change the room but he used very bad attitude to...

「Terrible service. At 11:30 am they were calling me to check out, which is at 12:00 pm. The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, but there were no more rooms. This place in my opinion is not a hotel, but a motel for couples.」

「Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful.」
