"Absolutely loved this hotel and couldn’t fault the staff who pulled out all the stops to ensure my disabled mother and family had a great stay. The food & wine on offer were exemplary and there is a really nice choice of restaurants to visit. The pools are right next to the beach so you can do what you feel like doing. Again the service in the pool & beach areas was excellent. If I had any criticism it would be that the owners need to spend a bit of money to update some areas which were a bit tired in places but overall a really great stay with the service & efficiency from the staff the real highlight. "DO NOT STAY HERE.The hotel was absoluteyl disgusting and dirty. A microwave was provided next to the buffet to heat it up ouselves. There were flies on all the food. The room stank of urine. We left after half an hour and after they said that we could have a refund due to the situation, they are now refusing. "
