「Called hotel for local directions and was given wrong and awful directions. Obviously, the hotel operator isn’t familiar with the area at all. She gave directions that led me out into the sticks, then through town from one end to the next. The hotel was no where close to where she gave directions. Finally, I just goggled directions to hotel… totally different from what she was telling me. Hotel is accessible via the highway, Commerce Street is the driveway from the highway to the hotel. ...

「I killed two cockroaches in the room during my 3-night stay. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy, with brown stains all over the fabric and no apparent attempt to clean it. The carpet was torn and worn. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. On the other hand, the air conditioner, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave worked. The staff was attentive and cordial. The price of the room should have been half of what it was for the quality of the stay. I would not have stayed...
