結果オーライ、でした

最後の一室でHotels.comに明確な表示がなかったこともありますが、予想外の素泊りでした。部屋は清潔には思いましたが、改装に取り残された、洗面台なし、扉の使い勝手も良くない旧型ユニットバスつきの10畳間(もっときちんとした部屋も多数あるようです)で、布団も団体旅館に有りがちなペタンコマット。お風呂が宴会場の向かい側にあるとか館内レイアウトは疑問点がいくつもありました。 ただし、良いこともあって、朝食が無いために目の前のバス停から6時台のバスでロープウェイ乗り場まで座って移動でき、荷物もフロントで預かってもらいました。 細かな伝達ミスらしきものはありましたが、スタッフは総じて親身に対応してくれたと思います。素泊り大人3名宿泊で43000円余が安いとは思えませんが、結果、行って良かった ! という旅になりました。

満足できる宿

木曽駒ケ岳登山の前泊の為に選択しましたが、スタッフの方々の親切な対応、囲炉裏の部屋での一品一品工夫され美味しい食事、長閑に寛げる風呂など本当に満足できました。 登山のバスのバス停の前で便利で助かりました。 また訪れたい上質な宿です。

Fancier than we thought

We had Avery good time there. Nice hospitality. You’d better have a car to go there, though. It wasn’t a cheap stay so I expected it to be reasonably fancy but it was fancier than we thought!

食事が美味しい旅館なので楽しみにしていたら、間違えて食事なしのプランを予約してしまいました。慌てて朝食だけでもとお願いしたら快く用意してくれました。 ここは数回泊まったことがありますが、周辺がそれほど賑やかではないし、温泉に入ったあとはのんびりしたいので食事なしのプランは割高感がありました。 他のお客さんは作務衣のような部屋着を着ていましたが私たちの部屋には置いてありませんでした。今回は食事なしのプランではありますが、一泊料金四万円以上払ってるのでそれくらいはケチらないで欲しかったです。 食事処は囲炉裏端で風情があります。子供や高齢者には正座が辛いので小さな椅子を用意してほしいです。

家族全員大満足で感謝しています。

うちの家族の中にベジタリアンがいるため素泊まりでお願いしたところ、ユニットバスのお部屋でした。足が悪い父が大浴場に行けるかどうか、父としては滑るのが怖くやはり部屋のお風呂に入ろうかなとロビーで話していたのを心配していただいて、お風呂に洗い場のあるお部屋への交換を提案していただきました。お言葉に甘えてお願いしたところ、そのお部屋がとても広くて奇麗で、父はもちろん家族が大満足で過ごせました。そのお部屋はおそらく価格も高かったかもしれません。お部屋の交換にも色々とお手間を取らせてしまって、その節は本当にありがとうございました、家族全員感謝しています。このような素敵なおもてなしのお宿に泊まれたことを嬉しく思います。

インター近く、駒ヶ根高原スキー場そばのホテル

家族旅行で泊まりました。 従業員の方がとっても親切で快適でした。 夕食は食事つきプランでないとホテルではとれませんが、近くにもいくつか食事どころがあるので、出掛けるのが苦にならない方であれば問題ないと思います。 また、温泉は屋内、露天の大浴場があります。洗い場的に7～8人用てところでしょうか。 込み合う時間帯でなければ気になりません。
