Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt: großes Zimmer, großes Bett mit weicher Matratze, großer Balkon - alles da, was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig, sogar als Veganer habe ich meist etwas gefunden.

Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse gegeüber dem Bahnhof und es ergibt sich daraus für Zimmer im vorderen Teil eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Sauberkeit und Zimmergröße ist gut. Strand fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Klassifizierung 5 Sterne ist übertrieben. Eher 4 Sterne.

Mir und meiner Frau hat die Zeit in diesem Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar, das hauseigene Schwimmbad und Whirlpool sorgt bei schlechtem Wetter für Abwechslung . Das Angebot in der Lobby zum Abend ausreichend und gemütlich. Frühstück, reichliche Auswahl und gut angerichtet. Wir hatten sehr schöne 6 Tage. Danke.

Sehr zu empfehlen für ein paar Tage entspannen an der See. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Spa hat alles was macht braucht und die Preise für Massagen und Co sind absolut fair. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Würden immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen :)

Positiv: Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Baustelle nebenan ist kaum zu hören. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist reichlich und frisch. Hotelbar ist lange geöffnet. Termine für Massagen sind kurzfristig möglich. Kurze Wegstrecke zur Stadt und auch zum Strand. Negativ: Reinigungskraft kommt am Morgen sehr früh. Waschbecken läuft nicht ab. Duftspray in Flur - Geruch sehr aufdringlich. Handwerker klopfen früh ab 8 Uhr im Hotel. Zimmer mit Balkon schaut in den Innenhof - das sollte bei der Buchung angegeben werden. Parksituation ist schwierig. Nachbarzimmer hört man teilweise sehr.

Pool und Fitnesstudio waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen, ohne das vorab darüber informiert wurde. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar ist total unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Lediglich der junge Mann an der Rezeption war stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir kennen das Hotel von früheren Aufenthalten und sind sehr enttäuscht. Es kommt in die Jahre und es wird nichts investiert. Sehr schade. Definitiv keine 5 Sterne!
