「Traumhaft schönes Hotel, hier stimmt einfach alles!」

「very clean and tidy, the staffs in reception also very kind! My room was very quite in most of time, only when sometimes there were some truck outside, then it was a little bit loud. I have to say I sleep very well during my stay! But the only backward was the location is not very close to the city center, you have to transfer but compared with the price and environment, it was good enough. Also there is a supermarket nearby.」

「The hotel met an important locational need and is convenient for the Stadtpark (which is well worth visiting at any time of year but especially in the autumn) as well as a U-bahn station to get into the City Centre. The rooms are good, clean and tidy and the breakfasts are very good indeed, staff have always been friendly (I have stayed there a number of times now). Underground parking is worth paying for as there are little or no spaces on-street. The street itself is quiet.」

「Rigtig dejligt ophold. Renligt. Store værelser. Smukke omgivelser. God service. Der var dog lige lidt problemer med reservationen på restauranten, vi lavede da vi kom, for 2 dage. Men gjorde ikke det store da vi sagtens kunne få bord alligevel. Helt igennem god oplevelse.」

「The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time...

「Der Eigentümer ist sehr bemüht und korrekt. Er ist am Renovieren . Der Garten die Umgebung usw würd bestimmt nett gemacht . Innen wenn man kein schicki braucht ,zum Schlafen, duschen alles ok. Würde wieder hier übernachten.」

「Our family of four had a great experience. Everything was clean and very well kept. It seemed like the room had been recently renovated. The staff was helpful. And the location was close to the train station.」

「Trotz der nur ab 13:00 Uhr anwesenden Rezeption klappte alles hervorragend. Das Frühstück war super, wir fanden mit unserer 7-köpfigen Gruppe einen schönen Platz. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und als Autofahrer hat man gute Chance, einen der Parkplätze zu bekommen. Die Hotelpreise in Lüneburg sind eher hoch, so auch im Dormero Hotel Altes Kaufhaus. Da muss man erstmal etwas schlucken. Aber der schöne Aufenthalt in einem modernen Ambiente hat es größtenteils ausgeglichen.」

「The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow. The room is so clean and modern as well. I especially like the open kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware, fridge, and even dishwasher. I could choose to cook my dinner instead of dinning out. The TV is like a recent medium-end model, which is quite enjoyable to watch. The electrical sockets have USB...

「Excellent chic suite with enough space for a party of 4. Very elegant, bakery, restaurants and train/bus station nearby. Parking isn’t so easy. Fridge and coffee machine and water boiler were there. A small kitchen would be nice, but otherwise so perfect, we enjoyed it a lot.」
