Unfortunately, most of the amenities offered in room were not available. The room had a great view of Mt. Fuji but the booking was for 3 people and we had one small bed. The only amenities was the public onsen- which we did not need. We checked out within an hour of check in to another hotel.

The room was nice. The hotel has a great view as described and is so relaxing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing is it is in a bit of a food desert. Air conditioning is centralized. Room is warmer than I wanted. Front desk advised me to crack open the window. The location is great. Just remember to pick a room that has the Mt. Fuji view when making reservation
