甲府駅北口から近く、電車利用の方は便利かと思います。駐車場は台数が少なく、近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。部屋は可もなく不可もなく、普通のビジネスホテルかと思います。

昇仙峡、県立美術館観光に便利なホテル

昇仙峡観光のために利用しました。甲府駅北口から至近で便利なホテルです。部屋は狭くて、やや古臭いといった印象でした。ビュッフェの朝食はなかなかよかったです。新聞、枕をはじめたくさんのアメニティグッズが一階に置いてありますが他に目を向けるところがあるのではないでしょうか。

古いです。　薄いカーテンは擦りきれて破れてました。　マッサージチェアの背もたれも擦りきれて破れる寸前です。　でも、朝食はまぁまぁで、駅に近くてとても便利です。

部屋に滞在しており清掃不要の「開けないでください」のメッセージを出していたにもかかわらず開けて入ってきました。寝ていたので睡眠も邪魔されて最悪でした。

設備が古く、調度も統一感がなく殺風景で、くつろげない。部屋の中はそこそこの快適さだが、共用スペースは、かなり居心地が悪かった。コスパは良くないと言わざるを得ない。

どうしても北口でないと困る人向け

機器が壊れていたり汚れていたりして古いホテルであることは否めない。他の宿泊者から聞くと、直接予約や他のサイトのほうがずっと安かった。甲府周辺では南口のほうが安くて新しいホテルが多いですね。

古いホテルを改装したと思われ、あらゆる設備、備品に傷みが見られるが、値段からすれば文句は言えない。朝食はわりと種類が多いし美味しかった。

朝食はバイキング形式で美味しかった。部屋のお湯の出がとても悪く、湯船にためるのに時間がかかり、シャワーも浴びた気がしなかった。また、換気扇もきいていないようだった。ベッドの近くにコンセントが１つもないのが不便

甲府駅に近いホテル

禁煙ルームでしたが、入った瞬間タバコの臭いがしました。部屋にあった椅子の立て付けが悪いのかグラグラ揺れて、座れませんでした。お借りした加湿器はカルキ汚れなどが付いていて使うのをためらいました。ポイントを利用して安く泊まったので、こんなものかとは思いましたが、施設設備の維持管理と清掃に努めてもらいたいと思いました。

房間太細太舊，想像不到四星級以上價錢，會有如斯設備，太失望。洗手間門有點脫位，問口插卡位鬆開.....，開一個行李箱的地方也不足夠。
